If you're having trouble uploading documents, try these troubleshooting tips:
- Check the format of your document (Accepted formats include: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, DOC, and DOCX)
- Check the size of your document is under 3MB
- Ensure that the document is stored on your local device, and not in cloud storage.
- Make sure you're using the most recent version of your internet browser and software
- If you have a VPN or AdBlocker enabled on your browser this may also be contributing to the upload issue you are experiencing. Try temporarily disabling this on your browser while uploading your CV.
