Job Applications
Within the My Jobs tab, you will be able to view all in-progress, completed, and closed applications that are connected to your Humanforce Talent profile.
Once you have started an application through a Humanforce Talent-supported job posting, you will see the application status in your profile.
Application Started
After an application has been started, if it hasn't been completed and submitted to the employer, you can click the blue 'Continue' button to pick up where you have left off and progress to the completion of that application.
Application Status
A submitted application needs to be reviewed and checked by the recruiting team, hiring managers, or others who are involved in the hiring process.
As these activities occur, you can check the status of your application as it progresses through the various stages of the screening, interview and hiring processes. In the example below, we can see that unfortunately the position was filled and the job has been closed.
Multiple Applications
All of your applications, across various Humanforce Talent supported organizations can be viewed. You can monitor the progress of multiple applications, helping you understand and see where they sit with the employer.
View / Edit Applications
Once you have submitted your application, and while the role remains open, you will have the ability to view details you submitted for this application, including the CV, Cover Letter and Application Question responses by selecting the View button associated with the application. Additionally, some companies may elect to allow their candidates to Edit their application up until applications, or the job itself close. For companies that have chosen to provide this option, it can be accessed using the View / Edit option associated with the application, and then selecting the Edit button on the next screen.
